
National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) is a rule developed by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) and is administered by the provincial securities commissions. This rule governs how issuers disclose technical and scientific information about their mineral projects to the public. NI 43-101 pertains to oral statements, written documents and also websites. It further requires that all disclosure be certified by a qualified person (QP). In some instances the QP must be independent of the issuer and the property.
A qualified person as defined by NI 43-101 means an individual who:
- is an engineer or geoscientist with at least five years of experience in mineral exploration, mine development or operation or mineral project assessment, or any combination of these;
- has experience relevant to the subject matter of the mineral project and the technical report; and
- is a member in good standing of a professional association.

Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. Qualified Persons
Gold-Ore Resources has named Glen D. Dickson P. Geol and Robert S. Wasylyshyn P. Geo as Qualified Persons under National Instrument 43-101.
Glen D. Dickson
Glen graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1974 with a BSc Advanced degree with a major in Geology and has been employed full time in the mineral exploration industry since that time. During the last 31 years he has been involved in all aspects of mineral exploration including geochemistry, geophysics, and geologic mapping/interpretation and drilling. His experience spans early stage project generation to advanced studies of mineral deposits.
Glen is currently Chairman of Gold-Ore Resources and reviews and is involved in all technical or scientific issues related to the Company. He has also been a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta since 1979.
Robert S. Wasylyshyn
Robert graduated from the University of Alberta in 1981 with a BSc Geology and has been employed full time in the mineral exploration industry since that time. During the last 25 years he has been involved in all aspects of mineral exploration including geochemistry, geophysics, and geologic mapping/interpretation and drilling. His experience spans early stage project generation to advanced studies of mineral deposits.
Robert is currently President of Gold-Ore Resources and reviews and is involved in all technical or scientific issues related to the Company. He has also been a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1993.
