Gold-Ore is a Canadian-based mining and exploration company with one operating gold mine and various exploration properties, all in Sweden. We are committed to investing exclusively in the safe, sophisticated and mining friendly jurisdiction of Sweden.

Our corporate strategy is to develop a portfolio of positive cash-flowing mines and growth oriented exploration properties and we are well on our way to accomplishing our goals.

On December 31, 2007 we completed the acquisition of our flag-ship property -- the Bjorkdal Gold Mine located in Vasterbotton County, Sweden. During 2007 the mine produced 19,200 ounces of gold and during 2008 we plan to significantly increase the output of the mine through a series of expansions.

Historically, Bjorkdal has produced over 900,000 ounces of gold and, given the size of the mineralized system, we believe the mine will continue to produce gold for many years to come.

The Company is aggressively exploring proximal to the open pit and also at the numerous high-quality targets on our 73 square-kilometer land holding.
